Founded by Natalie Jean-Baptiste, a proud native Floridian and community activist, NEST Home Care was created with a mission to deliver excellence, dignity, and heart centered service to every family we support. Drawing from over 23 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Navy, Natalie brings a deep understanding of commitment, discipline, and compassion into her work. Her personal experience as a Floridian reinforces her appreciation for the unique needs of local families, especially when it comes to caring for elderly loved ones.
Driven by a genuine passion to serve others, Natalie believes in creating a nurturing “nest” of care around each client - a safe, warm environment where they feel valued, respected, and truly cared for.

With over 20 years of nursing experience, Uhura brings exceptional clinical expertise, trauma care proficiency, and proven leadership to NEST Home Care. Her background spans nursing administration, risk management, and quality assurance, where she led teams of more than 100 staff and elevated facility ratings from 1 to 5 stars.
Certified in Infection Control and Alzheimer’s care, Uhura ensures every client receives safe, compassionate, and clinically informed support. Her experience in complex care planning, trauma assessment, and rapid intervention has earned her a reputation for excellence, precision, and unwavering compassion.
